Originally, this was supposed to be a dark chocolate pudding with bourbon whipped cream. However, the pudding didn’t firm up in the way that it should’ve.
Rather than eat chocolate soup, I made the whipped cream and folded the chocolate mixture into it. I guess you could call it more of a mousse than a pudding. Either way, delicious. The dark chocolate paired with the smokiness from the alcohol was a fantastic combination.
