As soon as I got home, I reorganized the pantry and bought two bags of bread flour.
I was inspired by my dear friend to make mango salsa.
I then felt the need to make homemade tortillas which is surprisingly simple and very worthwhile.
After all of this, the next morning I decided to reincarnate the previous night’s tacos into breakfast.
I’ve been home for a week and I’ve already made salsa, tortillas, two loaves of bread and a 4 layer, 2 flavored cake with buttercream.
It’s going to be a great summer.
